It is with great sadness that the family of the late Effie Louise White (nee Antle) announce her passing on Tuesday, October 17th, 2017 at the Palliative Unit at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 77 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Robert; sons Wade (Jeri-Lynn), Brian (Brenda); Daughters Cindy (Stephen) Rubia, Tracy (Philip) Wheeler; grandchildren Krista, Justin, Amanda, Jillian, Mitchell, Gabriel, Matthew; brothers Arthur (Florence), Paul (Linda); sisters Debbie (Harold), Lorna; sisters-in-law Monica (George), Joan, Theresa; a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Effie was predeceased by her parents Eugene and Zelma Antle; sisters Marilyn, Eugenie; brother Maxwell; brothers-in-law Shawn, Hollie, Byron, Garland, Vincent; sisters-in-law Geneva, Betty, Flora. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the Staff of the Palliative Unit, Dr. Dunne and Dr. Jones for the exceptional care shown to Effie. Friends and family may visit at the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church on Thursday, October 19th from the hours of 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 20th, 2017 at 2pm from Emmanuel Pentecostal Church with Pastor Jeffery White officiating with interment to follow at the Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery on Wight's Road.
