Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit of the Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre, on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, surrounded by his loving family, at age 69. Predeceased by his parents Henry and Helen Hoysradt and brothers Pat and Henry. Forever loved and missed by his loving wife Sandra (nee Lundrigan) of 47 years; children: Selena Mercer (Keith), Jason (Kathy), Candice Anthony (Niall) and Leslie McCormack (Neil); eight grandchildren: Kristen, Kyle, and Brett Mercer, Damien, Jade, and Madyson Hoysradt, and Marissa and Paige McCormack; siblings: Judy Hatch (George), David Hoysradt (Patsy), Susan Hamburger (Jimmy) and Daniel Hoysradt (Dawn); sister-in-law Pam Hoysradt; special friends Lloyd and Francis Jones; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, on Friday, November 3rd, from 2-4 pm and from 7-9 pm. Memorial service will be at Barrett's Chapel on Saturday, November 4th, at 11 am. Interment to take place at later date. In lieu of flowers, donation in his memory may be made to the Lupus Society.
