Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at Lions Manor Nursing Home, Placentia on November 1, 2017, Christopher Woodman of Dunville, at the age of 84. Predeceased by parents Aubrey and Maude, brothers Fred, Robert and Rex and partner Jean Higdon. Leaving to mourn his children Tony (Sharon), Dallas (Gerry), Paula (Gerry), Carol (Jim), Chris (Rose), Madonna (Doug), Kim (Mike), Alexis (John) and their mother Shirley; 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; sisters Mecco, Mabel and Ada; brother William (Ethel); many nieces, nephews and friends, especially those at the Lions Manor. Chris was a loyal member of the Dunville Lions Club and the Volunteer Fire Department. Resting at Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia on Thursday, November 2nd from 6-9 pm, and on Friday, November 3rd from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm. Funeral Service to be held at 11 am on Saturday, November 4th at St. Martin's Anglican Church, Dunville. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Dunville.
