Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Centre, Elizabeth "Betty" Bassett, age 61. Predeceased by her parents George and Bridget Bassett and her sister Sheila. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her daughters Jennifer, Kristine and Karen; three grandchildren Gloria, Damien and Lynkin; brothers George, Kevin and William; sisters June (Nick), Rosemary (Jim deceased) and Catherine (Mike), as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Service to take place from Caul's Chapel, LeMarchant Road on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. with inurnment to follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
