Passed peacefully away at the age of 72, surrounded by his loving family George Fred Andrews of Logy Bay. Predeceased by his parents George and Alice Andrews. Leaving to mourn with fond memories his loving and devoted wife of 46 years, Patricia Andrews (Morrissey) and three children Chris (Melissa), Jayne (Niall) and Lisa (Adam) of whom he was so proud and the light of his life, his granddaughter Lila Lask. His brother Peter, his wife Judy and their daughters and families as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Special mention to his cousin Paul Andrews and nephew John Morrissey and his beagles George and Socks. As former President of the NLTA and teacher, Fred was extremely proud of his profession and leaves behind many former students and co-workers. Resting at Cauls Funeral Home on LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Wednesday and Thursday from 1-4 pm and 6-9 pm. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Outer Cove at 10 am on Friday, December 1, 2017.
