It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edna Park announce her passing on Monday, November 27, 2017 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 85 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Gene Hallett; daughters: Sandra (Ken), Isabel (Gerry), Beulah (Gary); sons: Roger (Donna), Bill, Tony and Shawn (Melinda); grandchildren: Ken (Shelley), Heather (Rick), Linda, Augusta (Donny), Gregory (Stacey), Jason (Kelsey), Andy (Kelsey), Billy (Kari-Anne), Amanda (Cory), Shauna, Geoffrey, and Shawn; great-grandchildren: Zachary, Sarah, Farrah, Braelynn, Hayden, Nicole, David, Frankie, McKennley, Kyleigh, Ryleigh, Peyton, Taylor, Linden and Hailey Mae; brothers: Willie (Marie), Gerald (Gloretti), Geordie (Martha), Bobby (Una), Millie, Linda and sister-in-law Myrtle and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Percy; granddaughter Nicole; sisters: Shirley and Annie; brother Clayton; brothers-in-law: Clifford, Mythus, Steve and Wilson. The family will be receiving friends at Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place from All Saints Anglican Church on Clarence Street on Wednesday, November 29th at 2 p.m. with Rev. Tanya White officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to Palliative Care Unit at Western Memorial Regional Hospital.
