Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Thursday, November 30, 2017, Effie Osborne of Arnold's Cove, aged 84 years. Predeceased by husband Thomas; brothers Issac, Silas, George, Thomas, Stanley and Edwin; sisters Lucy, Dorothy, Mary, Joyce, Debbie and Blanche. Left with fond and loving memories are her children Carl (Marjorie) and Thomas (Jeanette); grandchildren Nikki (Dennis), Mark (Leslie), Michael (Melinda), Matthew (Heather) and Victoria (Evan); great-grandchildren Alex (Sara), Noah, Zachary, Claire, Charley, Owen, Spencer and Blake; great-great-granddaughter Sophia; sisters-in-law Bessie Lawrence and Burnsie Lawrence; and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Fewer's Funeral Home, Arnolds Cove on Saturday, December 2 and Sunday, December 3 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 2 p.m. from St. Michael's All Angels Anglican Church, Arnolds Cove with cremation to follow. In her memory a donation may be made to St. Michael's All Angels Anglican Church, Arnolds Cove.
