DRODGE, Everett - Passed peacefully away surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer at the Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Wednesday, April 27, 2011, Everett Drodge of Little Hearts Ease, aged 76 years. Predeceased by first wife Selina of 51 years. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Marion of 4 years; his children: Evangeline, Faye (Patti), Rick (Robert), Graham (Valerie), Peter (Rick), Kate (Junior), Eloise (Jamie) and Louise (Lee); thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; step-children: Mel Whalen (Sheila), Kaye McCammon (Alex) and Randy Whalen; five step-grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren; sisters: Alma Whalen (Fred) and Florence Dodge (Clyde Russell); brother-in-law Eli Spurrell; close family friends Don and Vera Dawe and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Little Hearts Ease. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2011 from the Salvation Army Citadel, Little Hearts Ease with interment at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Little Hearts Ease.
