Vivian H. Sullivan
1934-2017
Vivian H. (Mumby) Sullivan of Sackville NB passed away peacefully on November 30, 2017 at the Drew Nursing Home. Born on November 9, 1934 in Loon Lake SK , she was the daughter of Alfred Mumby and Alberta (Estabrooks) Sage.
She will be sadly missed by her husband Richard, Sackville; 4 children, Stuart (Audrey Rogerson), Edmonton, Beverley (Arnold Dobson), Amherst, Gary (Lorna Mullins), Moncton, and Joan (Paul Oxner) Nashville.; 7 grandchildren, Jesse (Sacha), Daniel (Jennifer), Natalie (Michael), Amanda (Dave), Andrea (Judah), Sean (Julie) and Rhiannon.; 5 great grandchildren, Bennett, Amelia, Heidi, Anna and Madeleine; sister Frances Constine, Edmonton.as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Vivian was predeceased by brothers Charles Mumby, Alfred Mumby-Croft, Harold Mumby, Fred Mumby, Stuart Estabrooks , William Estabrooks; and by sisters Valma (Mumby) Huber, Myrtle (Estabrooks) Crowe, and Marjorie (Mumby) Gilroyed.
Vivian was a very active member of St Paul’s Anglican Church and a longtime member of St Paul’s ACW. She loved to read, knit, sew and quilt. She was a member of the Old Sackville’s Farmers Market and worked in the office at Maloney Electric for ten years.
Arrangements are under the care and guidance of Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville (506-364-1300) where visiting hours will take place 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Monday, December 4, 2017. A funeral service will be celebrated at 1 pm from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Sackville on Tuesday, December 5, 2017. The Reverend Dr. Ranall Ingalls presiding.
Donations in memory of Vivian may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
