With deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Pius Collins, age 61, on Thursday December 7, 2017. Predeceased by his beloved parents, Clem Collins and Doris Collins (Ennis) and brother Frank Collins. Pius leaves his children Stephanie (Filippo), Shane (Kelly) and Christopher and their mother Cathie (Finn). Poppy's legacy, his grandchildren Stella, Andrea and Alessio, are left with beautiful and loving memories. Left behind is his partner Debbie Guy and her children Jessica (Tzu) and Kathryn (Robert). Also left to mourn are his sister Betty (Dennis), brother Rupert (Sharon), and sister-in-law Bernice and their families; step-father Pat Ennis and family - Marge, Pat Jr., Derm, Jerome (deceased), Bill, Kevin, Arlene, Sheena, Lorraine and their families; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Pius' children will host a visitation on Saturday from 12 noon - 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. with the additional visitation on Sunday from 2 p.m. - 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place from Corpus Christi Church, Waterford Bridge Road, on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pius' memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
