At the palliative care unit of the Community Hospital O' Leary on Sunday December 10, 2017 with his loving family by his side, of Albert Joseph Jeffery of Norway,P.E.I age 89 years, beloved husband to Marjorie M.(nee Harper) Jeffery. Born at Roxbury, P.E.I. on May 2, 1928. He was the son of the late Levi and Sadie (nee Gallant) Jeffery. Loving father to Blair (Helen) of North Tryon; Wyatt (Helen) of Broderick Road; Anita (Kirk)Boylan of West Devon; Gordon (Mona) of Tignish; Wanda (Michael) Gaudet of Greenmount; Ward (Pebbles) of Norway; Brent (Marcella) of Summerside; Jewel (Christopher) Randall of Christophers Cross, (Late Troy) Sherrie Dawn of Cascumpec. He will be sadly missed by his 34 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and by his 2 great great grandchildren. He is survived by sisters Eileen Arsenault of Alberton, Rosie Levigne of Woodstock Ont. and by a brother Levi Jeffery also of Woodstock Ont. He was predeceased by siblings, Mary, Leo, Jack, Hannah, William, Leonard, and Roy. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home & Chapel Alberton for visiting hours Tuesday 2- 4 and 7- 9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday afternoon from St. Simon and St. Jude Church Tignish for funeral mass at 2 p.m. Rev.
