Passed away unexpectedly at the Health Science Centre after a short illness, Clara Mary (Boland) Cousins of Kelligrews, formerly of Calvert. Clara was a long time employee of Agnes Cowan Hostel. Predeceased by her husband Gerald in 2006, and also her parents Bob and Essie Boland. Leaving to mourn her son Ralph (Vanessa) and grandchildren Logan and Mackenzie; her sisters Harriet (Frank) Doyle and Jean (Bob) Fillier; brothers Phonse (Joan) and Robert (Dianne); her sisters-in-law Ellen (Ron) Pellerin, Betty Cousins and Johanna (George) Malti; her special nephews and nieces; her helpful neighbour Terry Rideout. Special thank you to the staff at the Dialysis unit of the Waterford Hospital; as well as those in Emergency and ICU at Health Science. Visitation at Hickey’s Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Tuesday, December 12th, 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 7:00pm -9:00pm. Memorial mass to take place Wednesday, December 13th, 10:00am at St. Edward’s Parish, Kelligrews. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dialysis unit, Waterford Hospital.
