Passed peacefully away at the L.A. Miller Centre surrounded by loved ones on December 8, 2017. Jack fought a courageous battle against a disease for which there was no cure. Left to remember his spirit are his brothers: Joseph (Barbara) and Patrick; sons: Andy and John (Colleen) and daughters: Ann Marie (John), Jacqueline (Gerard) and Darlene (Tim). Included are the grandchildren (ten) and great-grandchildren (five). Also left to celebrate his life are members of the Simms and Poole families. Jack will be dearly missed by all of his extended family and his life-long friends. A special thank you is extended to family friend and physician Dr. Emanuel Jones for his guidance and to Jillian Hand from the Miller Centre who helped to ease the path Jack was to take.
