It is with great sadness we, the family, announce the passing of Claire Jane Bradbury on December 17, 2017 at CB Regional Hospital with loving family at her side. Claire was born in Glace Bay, the daughter of the late Ernest and Sarah Clarke. She was a member of St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Glace Bay.
She is survived by six loving children, Diane, Ricky, Janet, Sharon, Michael and Shirley; one sister, Linda, and three brothers, Lorne, Brian and Ernie. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
Mom was a very loving and caring person who enjoyed every moment with her family and always saw the good in everyone.
Besides her parents, Claire was predeceased by her loving husband of 52 years, Earl.
Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Patten Funeral Home. All are welcome to join in a Celebration of Life at our family home on 37 Water St., Glace Bay on Wednesday, December 20 from 5-7 p.m.
