It is with great sadness that the family of the late Robert Leslie Martin announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on December 20, 2017 at the age of 86 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Tony (Mary) Martin, Sherry (Craven) Fudge, Tanna Martin; grandchildren: Toni, Miranda, Joshua, Andrew, Matthew; great-grandchildren: Kennedy; sisters: Jean, Helen (Leonard), and Sherry (Dave); and also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Ruby (Anstey); parents Les and Gladys Martin; sisters: Margaret, Ruby, and Myra; brothers-in-law: Jack Robbins, Wilson Piercey, and Clyde Whalen. At Robert’s request, cremation has taken place. Friends and family may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 country road Friday, December 22, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral and interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society.
