Husband of Marilyn (Larter), loving father of Ruth (Greg) MacPhail, Sarah (Alan Shaw), and Rizpah Kennedy. Cherished grandfather of Cecil, Ivan & Alden MacPhail, Rebekah & Ryan Shaw, Sarah Hamilton, Christie (Matthew) Harvey, and Keith MacPhee. Proud great-grandfather of Cohen and Connor Harvey. Brother of Margaret (Carmen) Ross, Billy (Marilyn), Florence (Gordon) Bernard, Carl (Sandi), and David (Joan). Brother-in-law of Allison, Wayne (Sally), Shirley, Brian Larter, Jennifer (John) Cudmore and Wilma Kennedy. Treasured uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Ivan & Annie (Halliwell) Kennedy, in-laws Heath & Evelyn (Blue) Larter, brother Bedford, nephew David Bernard, brother-in-law Hilton Larter. Resting at the Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation on Friday, Dec. 22, 2-4 pm and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Park Royal United Church on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery.
