It is with great sadness that we, the family of Thomas Francis Hayden, announce his passing at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital on December 25, 2017.
He was a son of the late Amos and Kathleen Falconer.
He was a proud and long-time member of A. A.
Thomas is survived by daughter, Wendy MacIntyre and family; step-daughter, Laurie-Ann Wright (Steven) and family, as well as sisters, Paula Fitzgerald, Linda (David) Cole, and brother, Allan (Susan) Falconer. He is also survived by his companion, Ruth Whalen.
He was predeceased by his wife, Joyce Brown.
Visitation for Thomas will take place Friday, December 29 from 1-3 p.m. at S.W. Chant and Son Funeral Home, 564 Alexandra St. in Sydney. A Celebration of his Life will take place immediately following, with Rev. Sheldon Chant to officiate.
