Passed peacefully away on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the age of 92 years our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Agnes Houlihan. Predeceased by her husband Bernard (2005), she is the last of her generation of the Thorne and Houlihan families. She leaves to mourn her 7 children: Elaine (Greg Carrigan), Augusta (Armond Fournier), Joe (Trish), Charlene (Bill Walsh), Karen (Ken Baird), Gabe (Bev) and Darren (Sandy); 10 grandchildren: Scott, Renee, Erin, Michael, Matthew, Ian, Stephen, Mark, Adam and Dylan; 5 great-grandchildren: Kyle, Katelyn, Chad, Taylor and Lauren; as well as a large number of extended family and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay with visitation on Monday from 10:30 a.m. – 12 noon, 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 10 a.m. from Holy Trinity Church, Torbay. Interment to follow at the Old Roman Catholic Cemetery, Torbay. Flowers gratefully accepted or donation’s in her memory may be made to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
