It is with deep sadness that the family of the late Helen Roberts announces her sudden passing on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at her home in Deer Lake. She will be mourned and sadly missed by her husband, Wesley, her daughter Cindy (Dennis) Walsh, her son Rick (Agnes) Roberts; grandchildren, Kenneth (Lisa), Shane (Kym), Andrew (Stephanie), Mitchell (Sarah); great-grandchildren, McKenzie, Emma, Hannah and Michael; sisters-in-law Sybil and Margorie; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Cecil and Phoebe Greening; parents-in-law, Stephen and Alma Roberts; brother, Roy Greening; brother-in-law Charlie (Betty) Roberts; sister-in-law, Margarite (Willis) White. Friends may visit St. Paul’s United Church, 17 Spruce St., Deer Lake on Thursday, January 18th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s United Church on Friday, January 19th at 2pm with Rev. Myles Vardy officiating. Interment to follow at the Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery.
