Esther May (Hull) Lusty Bryden, passed away peacefully July 24, 2009 at Oakville, ON, in her 86th year.
Born in Glace Bay, she was the youngest child of Grover and May (Morrison) Hull and cherished sister of Lloyd (Charlotte) Hull of Sydney Mines, Shirley (Bill) MacPherson of Osgood, ON and the late Alvin (Velma) Hull.
Esther’s path took her from Cape Breton to Ontario, Halifax, London, Halifax again and finally Oakville. She was a gifted singer, teacher, nurse and naval lieutenant.a
She was predeceased by her first husband, Douglas Lusty of London, ON. After several years of widowhood, she was blessed to meet her second love Lloyd Bryden, whom she lost to cancer last summer.
The depth of her love, wisdom, humour, faith and courage were ours to share and will stay with us always.
