After a lengthy illness, a courageous battle, and surrounded by her loving family, we are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Genevieve (Jenny) Mary Dunn (nee Murray), 78. Predeceased by her parents Luke and Catherine Murray, siblings: Jack, Fred, Peter, Winnie, Patricia, twin sister Annie, in-laws James and Catherine Dunn and brothers-in-law Anthony and Dennis Dunn. Leaving to mourn her devoted husband of almost 55 years Bob, daughter Joanne (Rob Hopkins), sons Rob (Dawn) and Terry (Renee), grandchildren: Elliott, Andrew, Leah, Luke, Rebecca and Josh; sisters Clara and Aggie, brother Cyril (Maureen), sisters-in-law Judy and Cathy, brothers in-law: Dave, Art (Anastasia), Denis (Brenda), Derek (Deanna), as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. A special thanks to the staff at Agnes Pratt Nursing Home for their kindness, compassion and empathy. Also, Drs. Sutton, Garber and the staff of the Kelligrews Medical Clinic, the staff of Villa Nova Pharmacy, and CBS Community Health for their years of care. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Sunday from 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 10 a.m. from St. Thomas of Villa Nova Church in Manuels.
