After the most courageous 23 month battle, our hero just needed a little rest. Surrounded by the ones she loved and treasured the most in the world, passed peacefully away on January 26, 2018. It gives us peace to know she was welcomed in heaven by her parents Wallace and Carrie Rose, as well as her sister Linda MacIsaac. She will be forever remembered with so many precious memories by her devoted husband of 44 years Lew Bragg, her children who she was so proud of everyday Luanne Cahill (Dave), Krista Bragg-Gorman (Darrell), and Jonathan (Susan), as well as the absolute lights of her life, the reason she fought as she did every day to ensure they had enough memories for a lifetime, her beautiful grandchildren Isabella, Nash, Lauren and Stella Rose. She was blessed to have her sister by her side Marilyn Greenslade (Wayne). Also her special friends Louise and Neddy. The family will be forever grateful for the kindness and caring of all the healthcare professionals over years. We would like to send heartfelt thanks to Dr. Kara Lang who treated her like family, helping to give her as much time as she could with her family and to Kelly Gosse and Sheryl Somerton at the Bell Island Hospital, your kindness will never be forgotten. We welcome visitors to Pendergasts Funeral Home, Bell Island on Tuesday, January 30 from 12-9. We will celebrate her amazing life at St. Cyprian’s Church on Wednesday, January 31 at 2 pm. Flowers gratefully accepted as we know how she loved her flowers, or donations can be made to the Dr. H Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre.
