At the age of 50, Francis passed away in Calgary, Alberta, with his boys by his side. Francis grew up in "The Valley". He was the son of Lawrence and Minnie (Phelan) Kelly. He is survived by his sons Devin and Ethan, as well as siblings Sophus, Shirley, David, Roger, Jean, Maureen, Dean and Kevin. As well as Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews. He was predeceased by sister Arlene. Cremation has taken place at McInnis Holloway Funeral Homes. Friends and family will be invited for Prayers and Tributes at a later date. In loving memory of Francis, memorial donations may be made to Atlantic Baptist Nursing Home or Iona Cemetery Fund. "He is Missed".
