Passed peacefully away in the presence of family February 10, 2018. Predeceased by parents L. Daphne Hookey (née Moore) and Bruce K. Hookey. Leaving to mourn with loving memories brother Neil Hookey, close friends Betty, Clare, Jenn and Rosemarie, and a large circle of relatives and friends. Special thanks to aunts Doreen Hookey and Elizabeth Moore, Dr. Patti Power and her oncology team, the nursing staff of the H.R. Bliss Cancer Clinic, the staff of the Palliative Care unit at the L. Miller Centre, and the nursing staff of 4NA & B and 5NB of the Health Sciences Centre. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue with visitations on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 2pm-4pm & 7pm-9pm. Funeral service to take place on Friday, February 16 at 2pm from Barrett’s Chapel.
