In loving memory, Quynh Ta, passed peacefully away on Monday, February 26, 2018, surrounded by her family at home. Her positive attitude and strength throughout her illness was an inspiration to all who knew her. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband Hoa Hoang, son Vincent Hoang (Kara), daughter Linda Hoang (Jon King), grandchildren Alexa and Connor and countless family and friends. She was well known in the community as the backbone of Loong Wah Restaurant for the last 31 years and treated everyone who met her with kindness and respect. She truly impacted all who crossed her path through her endless positivity and amazing spirit. For her entire life, her family was always her primary focus. She was the most caring and selfless wife, mother and grandmother. We are extremely grateful for the sacrifices she made in order for her family to have all the opportunities that life could offer. We are all so blessed by her everlasting love, kindness and generosity. There will be a visitation from Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 10 am - 2 pm and 5-9 pm. Private family service to take place a later date.
