Peacefully with her sons at her side, at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 of Evelyn Dover (nee Manuel), Charlottetown, age 76 years. Dear mother of Wade (Amanda) and David. Loving grandmother of Dava and Darrah. Sister of Eric Manuel (Marion) and Percy Manuel (Linda). Sister-in-law of Mary Manuel, June MacAusland (Dewar) and Linda Skerry. Lovingly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her husband Donald Wallace Dover, parents Gordon and Edith (MacInnis) Manuel and brother Blois Manuel. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment later in People's Cemetery, Charlottetown.
