Passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, ON on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at age 81. Born in Green Island Cove, NL, he was the son of the late George White and Eliza MacLean. Survived by brothers Norman White (Ruby), Summerside, NL, Edd White (Judy), Summerside, NL and sisters Edna Sheppard (late Zeb), Trout River, NL, Mary White-Moss (late Larry), Mt Pearl, NL. Loving father of Karen Hebert, NB, Rhonda Rowe (John Moonlight), ON, Darren White, ON, Norman White, ON, step-daughter Angelina Breadner (Michael), ON. Cherished Grampy of 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Clayton, Donald and Blantford White, sisters Evelyn Wheeler (Garfield) and Dolcie (Randell). He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Loved dancing and summers at the trailer park. Special thanks to the Ross Memorial Hospital for their kindness and special care. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held in Summerside with a date to be announced later.
