Passed suddenly away at home with her loving husband Glenn by her side, Roslyn Alice Sainsbury (nee Nichols), aged 67. Predeceased by her mother Dorcas (1991), father Laurie (1994), mother-in-law Millicent (2014), and father-in-law Jabez (1995). Leaving to mourn her loving husband of 28 years, Glenn; her precious and only child Bradley (Chelsey), who was the apple of her eye; sister Collett (Francis); 8 brothers: Gary (Rose), Vern, Larry (Donna), Leroy (Barb), Glen (Darlene), Roger (Janet), Rodney (Susan), and Jason (Kim); brothers-in-law Les (Pauline), Craig (Shannon) and John (Jennifer); sister-in-law Darlene; special niece Natalie Sainsbury; also a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Roslyn was a dedicated member of the Pouch Cove Firettes. She was passionate about her involvement with the fire department, as well as the Canadian Veteran Freedom Riders (Avalon). Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay. The family will receive visitors on Monday, March 12th, 2018 from 6 – 9 p.m, and Tuesday, March 13th, 2018 from 1 – 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Pouch Cove United Church on Wednesday, March 14th, 2018 at 2 p.m, with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warriors Canada.
