MacNeil, Paulette Elizabeth, 62, Truro, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Windsor, NS, she was a daughter of the late Hector and Elva (Hughes) MacNeil.
She is survived by her husband Alexander “Sandy” MacNeil; brother, John “Jack” (Yvonne) MacNeil of Blockhouse; sister, Mary Frizzell (Raymond “Bud”) of Falmouth; several nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law Irene (Harold) Antle of Sydney, Rosemarie (Raymond) Schaller of Sydney, Joan MacNeil of Falmouth; brothers-in-law, Al MacNeil of Bridgetown, Fred MacNeil (Myrtle) of Sydney, Arthur MacNeil (Dan) of Vancouver.
Besides her parents, Paulette was predeceased by a brother Ralph.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mattatall~Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro from where visitation will take place from 1 -1:45 pm Wednesday, March 14th, followed by funeral service at 2 pm. Father Dariusz Miskowicz will officiate with a reception to follow in the funeral home. Burial will take place at a later date in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Truro. No flowers by request. Donations in Paulette’s memory may be made to the Cerebral Palsy Association.
