Stephenville Crossing
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Andrew White, affectionately known as “Bubba”, announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on Saturday, March 24th, 2018 at the age of 95 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his son George of Stephenville Crossing, three daughters: Mary (Brian) Alexander of Stephenville Crossing, Elizabeth (Kevin) Bennett of Stephenville Crossing, Florence Duval (Harvey Sheppard) of Stephenville Crossing, four sisters: Hannah Nisbet of Sarnia, Ont., Eva Brisban of U.S.A, Constance Currie of Halifax, N.S., Edna (John) Gafford of U.S.A., six grandchildren: Brandon, Brandice (Scott), Courtney, Kelsey, Tyler, Meghan (Travis), two great-grandchildren, special little nephew, Callen and a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Margaret, daughters Amelia and Mary. Visitation will take place at Russell’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, on Tuesday, March 27th, 2018 from 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, March 28th at 10am at Assumption Parish Church, Stephenville Crossing with inurnment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Brook St., Stephenville Crossing. Flowers or donations to The Bay St. George Sick Kids Foundation in Andrew’s memory would be gratefully accepted.
