The death occurred peacefully, with family by her side, of Inez Ann Bulger, at The PEI Atlantic Baptist Nursing Home, Charlottetown, on April 7, 2018. Inez was born in Foxley River, P.E.I., on June 10, 1945, to the late Joseph and Helen (Moran) Bulger. A dear and gentle woman, Inez will be lovingly remembered by her sisters and brothers, Ivan, Roger (late Norma), Laura (late Tony Martyniuk), Richard (Patsy), Norma (Patrick Woo), Reby (Lorne MacDougald), Karen (Lloyd Kelly), Hazel St Amand, Peter (Darlene MacDougall), special friend Frances Bulger, and their families. She will also be missed by her friends in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where she lived and worked for many years. Besides her parents, Inez was predeceased by her sister Joyce (Bulger) Lord. Arrangements are entrusted to Belvedere Funeral Home, Charlottetown, P.E.I. Funeral Mass and burial service will take place at a later date, from St Brigid's Roman Catholic Church, Foxley River, with interment in St Brigid's Parish Cemetery.
