It is with heavy hearts the family announce the sudden passing of Jerome Buck at his home in Bishop's Falls on Wednesday, April 25. He was 55 years of age. Predeceased by his father Cyril and baby brother Patrick. Leaving to mourn with cherished memories are his mother Pauline, brother Kevin (Pauline), sisters Annette and Kim. Also leaving to mourn aunts, uncles, cousins and a large circle of family and friends. Jerome lived life to the fullest despite his serious health condition. He was very involved in church activities, a third degree member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the Bishop's Falls Lions Club. He loved singing karaoke, attending hockey games and was always available for any volunteer work. He will be remembered for his heart of gold, kind loving ways and his infectious laugh. You could always count on a big hug from Jerome. He will be dearly missed and loved by all. Father Eugene Morris conducted the Funeral Mass on Saturday, April 28 at 2PM from the Sacred Heart Parish, Bishop's Falls. Interment followed at the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Pallbearers were Robbie LeDrew, Brian Tremblett, Brian Rose, Jim Glavine, Kirk McDonald and Annette Buck. Honorary pallbearers were Kevin Buck and Kevin Hynes.
