The death occurred peacefully, with his daughter by his side, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Friday, May 11, 2018, of Bob Kelly of Oyster Bed, husband of the late Rose Marie Kelly (Gallant), aged 85. He is the son of the late Joseph and Eunice Kelly. Bob is the beloved father of Barbie Kelly (Lance Gallant) and stepfather of Tony (Gail), Cathy (Peter) and Sally (Kent). He is remembered by his grandchildren, Billy, Sarah, Ryan, Calvin and Chris and great-grandchildren, Brianna, Atlas, Keylee, River, Calia, Harlow and Darius. He is also survived by a special nephew, Freddy Kelly and other nieces and nephews. Besides his parents and wife, Bob was predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Joey, Carl, Winnie and Helen. Resting at Central Queens Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, for visitation on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, from 6-8 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church, Rustico, on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. Interment at St. Augustine’s Cemetery following the service.
