It is with heartfelt sadness that the family of the late Yvonne Maud Musseau announces her passing, at the age of 86 years, in Vernon, BC, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Port-Aux-Basques, NL, Yvonne was the daughter of the late George and Jane (Jennie) Gale. She is survived by her children John (Corinne), George (Karen), Wade (Darienne), Craig (Phyllis), all of BC and Debbie (Brad) of NS; fourteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and brothers Jack (late Jessie) and Carl (Bertha). She was predeceased by her loving husband of 67 years, John (in 2017), daughter Sandra (in 1951), brothers Jerome, George, Eugene (Edna), Fred (late Susan), Lorne (Joan) and sister-in-law Sedilla Gale. Interment will take place at a later date, as Yvonne and John, together will be making their last journey across Canada, to their final resting place in Port-aux-Basques, NL.
