Cameron, Helen Inece-

It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and nanny Helen Inece Cameron (Hendsbee) of Little Harbour formerly of Sunny Brae and Half Island Cove Guys. Co., on May 31, 2018 at the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born July 3,1950 she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Emily Hendsbee (Hendsbee) and the youngest of 13 children.
Mom spoke fondly of her time working at the fish plant and the friends she made there. Family was always important and she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as visiting her family "down home" especially if there was a dart tournament involved. When she wasn't busy with family life she could usually be found wrapped up in a good book or crossword puzzle (when she wasn't busy knitting mittens and dish cloths that is) and all of her activities were often done while she enjoyed a tea with friends at Stellarton Tims.
She will missed most of all by her children, Sharon (Darcy) Watson, Zephyr ON; Ruby, Bambalina (Eric), Stellarton; Dustin (Chelsea) Sylvan Lake, AB; and their father Hector, grandchildren: Cassandra (Dale), Shayli, Adrian, Skylar, Chesnea, Bella, Lauren, Elissa and Garrett; as well as great-grandchildren Novalee and Ally.
Besides her children and grandchildren, she is also survived by a brother Silas (Jeannette) Hendsbee, Acton ON; a sister Flossie (Pat) Rhynold, Whitehead; brothers in- law: Harold (Elaine), Caledonia; Ronnie(Janice), Colburn; sisters in- law: Eleanor (Richard), Edmonton; Judy (Fraser), Sunny Brae; Susan (Phillip), MacPhersons Mills; and Cathy(Craig), Antigonish; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by her son George, sisters Effie, Mary, Millie, Hattie, Hilda, Rettie, and Shirley, brothers Horace and Winston. Father and mother in- law Donald E and Audrey Cameron, sister in- law Leona and brothers in- law Donald and Wayne.
Mom will be resting at the H.W Angus Funeral Home in New Glasgow on Tuesday June 5th from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday June 6th at 2pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Charles MacPherson presiding.
Burial to follow in the Sunny Brae Cemetery.
Donations can be made to the Sunny Brae Cemetery or the Half Island Cove Cemetery.
We would like to thank the special family and friends who rushed to our sides and made calls or sent messages during this difficult time. You've helped lift our spirits and shown us just how much mom was loved.
