Mike passed away at his home in Qualicum Beach, BC after a short battle with cancer. He leaves to cherish and honour his memory his loving partner Liz Beztilny and their adored adopted shelter dogs Kass and Tuxie, as well as all of the Beztilny family. Mike was born in Prince Edward Island and leaves behind his brother Ralph, nephew Randy, niece Janice and cousins, all in P.E.I. Mike was a quiet and gentle man with a compassionate and caring heart. His hard work and commitment as owner of Southport Kitchens in Edmonton for over 30 years earned him the respect of his customers and led to genuine friendships along the way. His 1981 El Camino was a part of who he was. A donation to an animal shelter or rescue society would be a most fitting tribute to Mike's memory.
