Jeremy passed away on Monday, August 24, 2009 at the age of 28 years. He was predeceased by his husband Dave Wolf; grand-papa Benoit Proulx; uncle Garth Frederick; and great aunt Fern (Iver) Enockson. Left to honour his memory are his parents Rodney Kenzle and Francine Proulx-Kenzle; siblings Justin (Kristen Traxler), Rodney Dale (Danni Beaurivage) and Meagan; cousin Eric McCalmon (Rachelle Kvamme); grand-maman Francoise (Carl) Foley; grandparents Bill and Opal Kenzle; as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
