Passed peacefully away at St. Luke’s Home, St. John’s, NL, William Thomas Smith (Tom) in his 91st year. He was born in Cooks Harbour, NL, but resided most of his life on Bell Island. Predeceased by wife Lillian (Brown). Leaving to mourn his wife Joyce and her family. Also with heavy hearts his children Doris (Dave), Byron (Donna), Agnes (Kerry), Roger, Leo (Jill), Baxter and their families. Funeral services entrusted to Pendergast’s Funeral Home, Bell Island. Visitation at Pendergast’s Funeral Home on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at 4pm for family only and for family and friends from 7-9pm and Monday 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral services on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at St. Cyprians and St. Marys Anglican Church Bell Island at 2pm. Burial to follow at St. Cyprians Cemetery. Flowers greatly accepted or donations made be made to St. Luke’s Home, St. John’s NL. Special thanks to his friend Roxanne Crocker for her many visits.
