Passed peacefully away on July 29, 2018 at Victoria Hospital in Ontario, age 81 years, surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Norman, her parents Robert and Elsie Miller and three brothers. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her three children Nora (Allan), Sylvia (Edward) and Harrison; five grandchildren Sherry, Amanda (Mike), Allan Jr, Stephanie, and Christine; four great-grandchildren; Alexis, Blake, Parker and Arielle; special friend Karen, as well as, a large circle of relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff at the Palliative Care Unit for the excellent care provided to Dorothy during her final days. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Rd. on Thursday August 2, 2018 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service to be held at St. Lawrence Anglican Church, Portugal Cove on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 2 pm. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Bauline Line Ext, Portugal Cove.
