Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family on August 10, 2018 at his home in St. Johns, NL. Leaving to mourn his wife of 58 years, Catherine Lowe; daughter Ingrid (Marshall); sons: Jamie (Karen), Gene (Celia), Frank (Ruth); all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Alberta, Ontario and Newfoundland; brothers: Austin (Lorraine), Tom (Kay), Roy (Liz), Cyril, Art; sisters: Theresa, Bertha and Gen (George); our very dear friend Sheila Critch; dear sisters-in-law Justine (Terry) and Vera Boland; as well as many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time. Donations can be made in Frank’s memory to The Canadian Cancer Society.
