We, the family, regret to announce the passing of Percy “Lee” Roy Geddes, on Aug 23, 2018, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late Roy and Madeline Geddes.
By trade Lee was a truck driver, though he led a simple, but full life he took great joy in being in the company of his family and friends.
He is survived by his son, Ronnie; stepchildren, Sharron and Joey; their children and their mother, Geraldine; siblings, Bruce (Judy) Olson and Carolyn (Kerry) Waterfield.
Besides his parents he is predeceased by his son, Gary; stepmother, Hazel (Olson) Geddes; stepson, Danny; siblings, June MacLean and Robert Geddes and the mother of his children, Patricia Barrett.
Cremation has taken place; a private family burial will take place at a later date.
In Lee’s memory donations can be made to the Lung Assoc. or to the Palliative Care Unit of the CBRH.
