Card of Thanks
Thomas (Tucker) Conohan

It is with hearts overflowing with gratitude and appreciation that we, the family of the late Tom (Tucker) Conohan, express our deepest thanks to the multitude of people who supported us through our recent and profound loss.

Our sincere appreciation for the excellent care and sensitivity shown by Dr. Farokh Buhariwalla, Dr. Pahil, nurses in the Cancer Center, Dr. Ann Frances D’Intino, and the entire Hospice and Palliative Care Team.

To the hundreds who stood in line to pay your respects at Tucker’s visitation and to those who filled St. Theresa’s Church for his beautiful celebration of life, we thank you for your presence, patience and love.

To all those who gave Mass offerings, cards enrollments, memorial donations, flower arrangements, gift cards, and monetary donations, we thank you.

Many thanks to our wonderful neighbours, relatives, and friends who came daily with complete meals and desserts while Tucker was in hospital and through our mourning. Our large family was well fed. Thanks to you. To all who phoned, visited our home and to all who travelled to be with us. We love you.

A special thank you to Fr. Dennis Lamey for the uplifting and joyful Mass of Celebration. Thanks to Deacon Leo Penny, Fr. Angus MacDougall, and Fr. Patrick O’Neill, for con-celebrating this Mass. Thank you Fr. Patrick for coming to C.B.R.H. to give Tucker his final blessing, and we appreciated your home visit which was truly comforting.

To the Burke sisters Karen, Sharon, Ann Marie and Brenda, your heavenly voices and music filled our hearts and everyone present at the Mass with peace, joy, and comfort. We also extend thanks to Kevin and St. Theresa’s Choir for joining them at this celebration.

Thanks to the pallbearers, honorary pallbearers, everyone who helped at the hall reception afterwards and brother-in-law Sean O’Leary for reading at the Mass.

The professionalism, kindness, and compassion provided by the staff of T.W. Curry Parkview Chapel was unsurpassed and meant so much to the family during this difficult time.

To you all, each act of kindness will always be remembered with appreciation and heartfelt thanks.

God Bless You All.
