Stephen Allen Jackson

It is with great sadness that we, the family of Stephen Allen Jackson, announce his passing on September 21, 2018 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital after a short illness, with his loving wife and mother by his side. Stephen was born July 21, 1953 to Sadie and the late William Jackson.
Stephen was an avid race fan and spent many weekends at the race track with his very good buddy Dougie Wrathall.
Stephen is survived by his wife, Lorrie; daughter, Kim (Bruce); grandson, B.J.; mother, Sadie; brothers, Kenny (Lisa), Brian, Bill (Jean); sisters, Debbie (Steven), Susan (Eric), Kathy (Gav), Patty (Chris).
He is predeceased by his father, William Jackson.
A gathering of friends will be held Tuesday, September 25 from 6-8 p.m. at S.W. Chant and Son Funeral Home, 564 Alexandra St., Sydney.
A celebration of life for Stephen will be held October 6, 2018 at St. Paul’s United Church, Mt. Uniacke at 2 p.m.
