It is with shattered hearts that we, the family of Brandon MacDonald, announce his unexpected passing in Dartmouth on October 1, 2018.
Brandon is survived by his mom, Stephanie (MacLean) MacDonald; his dad, Walter MacDonald and stepmom, Dora, as well as his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Marguerite and Joseph MacLean as well as paternal grandmother, Annie Mae MacDonald.
Brandon worked in the restaurant industry for many years. He loved sports and would watch them all. He found great enjoyment in being outdoors, whether he was fishing, hiking or camping. He was a people person who always had a kind word and a smile for everyone he came in contact with. He loved life and had an incredible sense of humour.
A celebration of life for Brandon will take place on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the S.W. Chant and Son Funeral Home Chapel, 564 Alexandra St., Sydney with Rev. Sheldon Chant to officiate.
