Passed peacefully surrounded by all of her devoted children on October 10, 2018, Isabelle Dunne (nee Hicks), aged 90 years. Predeceased by her loving husband John Dunne; brother Aiden Hicks, sister Mary Walsh, grandson David Andrews, son-in-law Bob Thorburn, sister Doreen Hawco, and son-in-law Bill Ellison. Left with precious memories children Carmel Anne Ellison, John (Beth), Paul (Alison Mews), Maureen, Corinne (Eric Tiller) and Peter; grandchildren Karen, Marc, Christian John, John Matthew, Aiden, Laura, Andrea, Casey, Jack; great-grandchildren Max, Leo, Griffin, Thea, Alex and Jacob; and special sister-in-law Mae Lyons Hicks. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Sunday, October 14 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Mary Queen of Peace Church, 135 Torbay Road, on Monday October 15 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
