Lillian "Nettie" Smith

Lillian “Nettie” Antoinette Smith, 90, was born on June 13, 1928 to the late Anne and Mose Coakley in New Waterford, Nova Scotia. Her and her twin, Anita, were the youngest out of eight children. In 1949 she married James Smith in which they gave life to six beautiful children: Blair, Catherine, Valerie, Jimmy, Ronnie and Anita. Not only was Nettie a loving mother, she was also a proud grandmother and great-grandmother. Nettie passed away on Oct 10, 2018 peacefully in Etobicoke General Hospital surrounded by her family.
