Passed peacefully away at the Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre surrounded by family and friends on Thursday, November 1st, 2018. Leaving to mourn her husband Samuel; son Gary; daughter Sandi Crane (Andrew Coady); five grandchildren: Alyssa, Ryan, Brianne, Sam and Kate; one great-grandchild Charlotte. We cannot forget mom’s “Angel” puppy and mom’s friend and homecare worker Patsy Oliver. Special thanks to the Palliative Care Team at the Dr. L.A. Miller Centre, especially Sara Harte R.N. for her compassion and care to our whole family while on mom’s final journey. Visitations will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday, November 3rd and Sunday, November 4th from 1pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm. A funeral service will take place on Monday, November 5th at 2pm from Barrett’s Funeral Chapel, interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
