The death occurred suddenly at his home in Charlottetown, on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, of Les Kelly, formerly of Kelly’s Cross, aged 64. Les is survived by his son, John Patrick (Sandra) and grandson Patrick; all of Warburg, Alberta. He is also survived by his nine brothers and sisters, Lawrence (Laura), Bob (Mary), Marlene Clark (Mike), Cecil (Mary), Jim (Bernadette), Karen Myers (Ron), Connie MacLean (Tom), Joanne Mayhew (Gordon) and Steve (Kimberly); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Justin and Bertha Kelly (nee Stordy); an infant brother, Brian Anthony; and nieces, Wanda Clark and Jen Martens. Resting at Central Queens Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, for visitation on Monday, November 5, 2018, from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Kelly’s Cross, on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery following the service.
