Howard Robert Sr. Johnson

Howard Robert Johnson Sr. passed away peacefully on December 6, 2018 at home. Born in Chapel Island, he was the son of the late Tom and Elizabeth Johnson.
He was a member of Eskasoni Holy Family parish.
Howard is survived by his wife, Ethel; children, Diane, Howard Jr. (Arlene), Karen, Sheila, Alexina (Milton), Phillip (Michelle) and Desmond (Allison). Also surviving are numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; sisters, Gladys ‘Gusty’ and Patricia; brother, Stanley Johnson Sr. (Marjorie), and godchildren.
He was predeceased by his son, Rodney Johnson; sisters, Theresa, Flora, Georgie, Sarah and Anna Jean; brothers, John T., Roddie, Mathew, and Leo.
Visitation will begin Thursday, December 13, 2018 after 7 p.m. at the Gabriel Center, Eskasoni. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 15 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Church with Fr.
