At the Prince County Hospital on Saturday December 15, 2018 of John A. (Jack) Trowsdale of Kensington and formerly of Margate aged 85 years. Born in West Newton, Mass, USA February 5, 1933. Son of the late Edward Nelson and Della Medina (Dawson) Trowsdale. Husband of the late Edna A. (Todd) Trowsdale. Father of J. David Trowsdale and Deborah A. Trowsdale both of Ottawa, Ontario. Brother of Orien (Faye) Trowsdale, Warren Grove and Ronald (Gloria) Trowsdale, Truro, NS., Special Friend of Doreen Bowman, Kensington P.E.I. He was predeceased by his son Douglas Alan in infancy. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Monday from 1-2 p.m. Comrades of Lt. Col. E.W. Johnstone Branch # 9 Royal Canadian Legion will hold a Legion Service in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel Monday at 2 p.m., followed by the funeral service. Interment later in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
